Tapered roller bearing supplier
The tapered roller bearing has a conical inner ring and a outer ring raceway, and the tapered rollers are arranged between the two. All the projection lines of all conical surfaces meet at the same point of the axis of the bearing. This design makes the tapered roller bearings especially suitable for composite (radial and axial) loads. The axial load capacity of the bearing is mostly determined by the contact angle alpha; the greater the angle of the alpha, the higher the axial load capacity is. The angle size is represented by the calculation coefficient E; the greater the E value, the greater the contact angle, the greater the applicability of the bearing to the axial load.
Tapered roller bearings are usually separated, that is, the conical inner ring components consisting of rollers and inner rings of cage assemblies can be installed separately from the conical outer ring (outer ring).
